What is the Building and Pest Report
A combined Building and Pest Report merges two reports that
together, provide the information a purchaser needs to know about
the property they're about to purchase.
This report will provide comprehensive pre-purchase advice. With over 100,000 reports completed and 30 years experience, Tyrrells Property Inspections are the premium provider of pre-purchase advice in New South Wales.

What's not included
in the Pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspection Report?
- The report does not provide advice about building regulation compliance, title, zoning or ownership matters.
- We are not able to technically assess services at the property, such as air conditioning, alarms, electrical and plumbing services. Obvious visual defects will be reported.
