Pre-purchase reports
A Pre Purchase Property Report is a detailed visual inspection on the condition of a property you are planning to purchase.
A Pre-purchase report will highlight serious unexpected problems which might be difficult or expensive to fix or may not be accepted by future buyers.
Dilapidation reports
Dilapidation Reports are carried out to record the condition of a property adjacent proposed building or infrastructure works.
The report is a photographic record with observations and sometimes diagrams which create a comprehensive record of the condition of the asset at a point in time.
